Arete provides services at the following rates:
PC Troubleshooting
- Onsite support & training in Seattle metro area $80/hr
- Hourly remote support or training $50/hr
- Virus removal via remote support: $125-$250 flat fee, see below
In a few cases there is no known solution for a new virus. In these instances we can backup and scan your data, re-install Windows, and restore your data. This requires physical access to the PC, and the additional costs above the $125 flat fee for virus removal will be either:
Drop off PC for OS reinstall: +$75= $200 total Onsite OS Reinstall: +$125= $250 total
Web Design & Development
- Custom design & development, troublehsooting $120/hr
- Routine updates (drupal/zen cart module installation, content updates, setup Google analytics/webmaster tools, etc) $60/hr
